You can request a free quote through our online form by entering your property details, service type, and anything you’d like us to focus on. We’ll review the details and get back to you with a clear flat-rate price.

What’s included in a general home cleaning service?

A general clean is designed for regular upkeep and visible surfaces. It usually includes kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, dusting, wiping surfaces, skirting, vacuuming, and mopping.

Extras such as ovens, windows, tracks, heavy build-up, mould, grout restoration, wall washing, or detailed bond-clean tasks may require a separate quote.

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or products?

No, our cleaners usually bring their own cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer specific products to be used, or if your home needs a particular product for delicate surfaces, please let us know before the clean.

How do I add deep cleaning to my first service only?

When requesting your quote, add a note saying you’d like extra detail or deep cleaning for the first service only. We can quote the first clean separately, then keep your ongoing weekly, fortnightly, or monthly clean at a simpler maintenance rate.

How can I book a cleaner?

Submit the quote form with your property details and preferred service. Once we send the quote and you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll confirm a day and time, then assign an available cleaner for your area.

How long will it take to clean my home?

It depends on the size and condition of the home, as well as the service requested. Bedrooms, bathrooms, storeys, extras, and build-up can all affect the time needed.

Our prices are based on the agreed checklist and scope, not strictly on the number of hours. Some cleaners may finish faster because they are experienced and efficient, while other jobs may take longer depending on the home. The goal is to complete the agreed checklist properly.

How many cleaners will come to my home?

It depends on cleaner availability, your location, and the size of the job. Smaller general cleans may have one cleaner, while larger homes, bond cleans, or more detailed jobs may have two cleaners where available.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

Payment is made by bank transfer. We’ll send the payment details once your booking is confirmed or after the service has been completed.

Will it always be the same cleaners who come?

For recurring cleans, we aim to send the same cleaner whenever possible so they can get familiar with your home and preferences. Sometimes this may change due to availability, location, performance, or scheduling, but we’ll always try to keep things consistent where we can.
